After meeting the friendly people from Atomic Strength Nutrition the only left to do was try their product. I had just finished the first workout of the competition and it was named Jackie. After rowing, thrusters and pull-ups my body felt like it was going to fall apart. I put some crossfit supplements protein in the bottle with some water and shook it up.
